Cook the snails and place them in their shell with a knob of garlic butter. This box contains approximately 96 ready-to-use Burgundy escargot shells.
Usage tips
After rinsing the shells, add a knob of prepared butter, insert the escargot meat, then cover with a second knob of butter. Place in a very hot oven and serve when the butter starts to boil.
