Treat yourself to these large Valfleuri Torsades 100% durum wheat. This unique pasta is formed with a bronze mould and its wide coils hold sauces well. Larger and thicker than the “Pasta d’Alsace” twists, they are the friend of sun vegetables and full-bodied flavors; eggplant, peppers, fennel, tomato, garlic, anchovies… A little grated sheep’s cheese and you’re done!
